Fetus-X vs. Goats X-over - Aug. 1, 2002
Letters from Michigan State's student newspaper:
For the convenience of those current and former State News editors who try to claim that the negative reaction to Fetus-X greatly outweighed the positive, we have kindly labeled the following letters + for posiive, - for negative, = for neutral, S for student, N for non-student, and * for those who felt Fetus-X was not offensive enough. Current totals: 12 positive, 11 negative, 1 neutral, 1 not offended enough. Of the student letters, there are 9 positives and 5 negatives. Yes, that's right -- apparently if more students write in to a college newspaper saying they like your comic than write in saying they are appalled by it, your comic will be censored. Welcome to America, and have a nice day.
